Seeking a CRM Product Manager for a Full Time position.

Job Summary:
This CRM Product Manager position is responsible for the ongoing production and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring that operational tools and teams are moving forward to deliver a timely, superior customer experience. Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term CRM capabilities and objectives. Ensures delivery against established plans and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resources to meet solution requirements. Facilitates resolution of project issues and roadblocks to insure project success. Operates and owns the CRM documentation, content and structure, calendaring, and process management toolset.

The Product Manager will support the definition of the current and future CRM strategy, advise on CRM best practices, and drive continued performance against growth and revenue goals. The role requires a combination of creativity and strategic thinking, as well as strong analytical, technical, and consultative skills. The ideal candidate is highly curious, willing to take initiative, collaborative and has a passion for innovation and creativity in CRM. In this role you will lead, audit, improve the current CRM and 1st Party Data Management processes that support and power Mortgage platforms.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for testing, implementing, and supporting PowerApps, D365 CRM Online and CRM On Premises applications that are built to support and streamline business operations.
  • Proposing solutions for implementation within Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Velocify CRM.
  • Proposing solutions for integrations with other systems or Data sources inside or outside of Power Platform
  • Configuration for Dynamics 365 CRM Apps, Power Platform and Velocify CRM to satisfy collected requirements
  • Leading projects and work closely with business partners
  • Creating and modifying documentation corresponding to websites, collaborating with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, and network)
  • Ensuring adherence to established standards
  • Mentoring junior team members.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3-5 years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture
  • In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
  • Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, building cloud flows using Power Automate, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins is a plus.
  • Experience of automating business processes with workflows and call external APIs from within CRM workflows and plugins logic.
  • Strong JavaScript skills and experience performing client-side scripting in Dynamics CRM forms along with hands on experience with CRM SDK and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a professional, corporate, team-centric environment.
  • Must have strong written, verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification is a plus
  • Knowledge about ASP.NET, C#, MVC, JQUERY is a plus
  • Knowledge about SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS packages is a plus
  • Experience working with TFS is a plus
  • Experience with data migration tool is a plus.
  • Experience with ClickDimensions Email Marketing.
  • Experience with Velocify CRM is a plus.
